Genre: Comedy, Family

Rating: 6.5/10

Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian  is the admittedly entertaining sequel to the family classic, Night at the Museum. It follows Larry (Ben Stiller) and his friends at the museum three years later. Larry finds out that someone is plotting to steal the Tablet of Ahkmenrah (which enables the exhibits to come alive at night) on its transfer to the Federal Archives. Larry and his friends set out on an epic adventure to save the tablet. Perfect for a cozy night in with the kids, Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian is actually quite the follow-up to the Night at the Museum story. While may not make it to your “Greatest Movies of All Time” list, you and your kids are bound to love it nonetheless.
