Here’s Everything You Need To Know About Men in Kilts

Anyone else miss traveling? Seeing new parts of the world, eating new foods, and learning about new cultures and history is a part of our lives that COVID-19 put on hold.

Thank goodness, though, The Starz App is coming to our rescue with their new, ridiculously fun-to-watch docuseries, Men In Kilts. It stars Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish as they roadtrip across Scotland, bringing viewers along for their adventures.

The eight-episode series drops at Midnight EST on Sunday, February 14th. That’s right – Valentines day!

1. The shots of Scotland are visually stunning.

From the cities to the legendary moors, Scotland is a stunning country, and Sam and Graham know the best places to see. My jaw dropped at some of the places they drove to and through– watch it on the biggest screen you can, you won’t regret it.

2. The cast of Men in Kilts is led by some of your faves from Outlander.

Those names sound familiar? That’s probably because you already love them from the hit series Outlander on The Starz App. There is nothing more fun than seeing icons you love being who they truly are, both in and out of their elements (and in and out of kilts!).

3. Heughan and McTavish make you feel like you are a friend of theirs travelling alongside them.

What I loved most about Men in Kilts is how familiar it feels– they are laughing, drinking, and learning together, and you are along for the ride right with them. If I bumped into either of them on the street, I would probably go in for the hug.

4. You’ll laugh, you’ll gasp, you’ll lean in.

It is hard to find a show that makes you feel a lot of things, and especially a casual-viewing documentary series, but there is something so powerful about the joy and exploration that these two men find. It is like eating a perfect plate of fish and chips– each bite better than the last.
