Refrigerate overnight, and in the morning you’ll have a delicious and balanced meal waiting for you.

Two Ingredient, High Protein Pancakes — Yes, I’m Serious

Eggs are as traditional a breakfast food as it gets, and it’s easy to see why. With lots of lean protein, few carbs, and unlimited versatility eggs really are the perfect way to start your day. If you’re bored of bland scrambled eggs and boring omelets, mix it up with banana-egg crepes! Simply mash up a ripe banana, mix in 2 eggs, and cook up in a frying pan. How eggscelent!

 

Wake Up The Green Way

As a California native, I love avocado for any meal, on anything. Fresh avocado spread on your favorite whole wheat toast is not just a perfect balance of healthy fats and fiber, it’s a decadent and delish treat. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and some red pepper flakes for an extra kick.

Mix It Up!

Plain greek yogurt creates a nutritionally balanced base for whatever creation your imagination can whip up. Mix in chia seeds, fruit, granola, even mini chocolate chips!

 

Keep it Basic

Some breakfast is better than no breakfast, so find something easy that works for you! Keep bananas on your desk or cereal bars in your car so that even on your lazy days you have something to kick start your morning

Overnight oats are the best! I love how the chia seeds get all puffed up and chewy kind of like boba.
